Boulders
The boulders are excavated from the lava fields on the Atherton Tablelands. We use lava flow basalt
boulders predominately because of their availability, smooth surface and stable shape. To maintain our supply
we have a large excavator permanently digging and srting rock.

Except for the odd landscape wall, ther rock retaining walls are built to engineer specifications with geofabric and freedraingin material placed behind the wall. All fill behind the walls needs to be compacted if loose.

Design and inspection certification can be provided for all walls that require council approval. Engineer and certification of earthworks and retaining walls can be supplied as required.
